We are seeking an expert Fullstack Developer with deep expertise in modern web technologies to join our delivery team. You will be a technical leader who bridges the gap between client expectations and development excellence, taking an active role in presales activities, solution architecture, and project delivery. This is a role for someone who is not just a skilled developer, but also a business‑minded consultant who can communicate complex technical concepts to clients, estimate projects accurately, and drive innovation through cutting‑edge technology.

As a senior technical contributor, you will be responsible for leading presales activities, designing scalable solutions, architecting new projects, and delivering high‑quality software products. You will work directly with clients to understand their business needs, propose technical solutions, and then lead development teams in bringing those solutions to life. Your deep technical expertise combined with excellent communication skills will be critical to success.

• Solution Architecture:
  Design scalable, maintainable architectures for new projects using modern fullstack technologies. Consider performance, security, scalability, and business requirements.
• Project Estimation:
  Provide accurate technical estimates, identify risks, and create realistic project plans based on business realities.
• Fullstack Development:
  Develop robust, production‑ready applications using Next.js, React, and complementary backend technologies (Node.js, Type Script, etc.).
• Technical Leadership:
  Lead development teams, conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior developers. Set the technical direction and quality standards.
• AI‑Assisted Development:
  Champion the adoption of AI‑powered development tools (Git Hub Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance productivity and code quality while maintaining best practices.
• Dev Ops & Infrastructure:
  Work with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
• Quality Assurance:
  Establish and maintain quality standards including unit testing, integration testing, code coverage, and security best practices. Implement monitoring and observability solutions.
• Presales & Client Engagement:
  Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and RFP responses. Understand client requirements, propose solutions, and establish credibility as a technical expert.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with at least 3+ years in fullstack development.
• Expert‑level proficiency in React and Next.js, with a deep understanding of modern JavaScript/Type Script ecosystems.
• Prior experience as a technical lead or architect in client‑facing roles.
• Hands‑on experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or equivalent), databases (SQL & No

• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
