• Advance Experimentation Methodologies
  • Design and implement sequential testing to detect winners faster to shorten experiment duration while maintaining statistical rigor
  • Explore and prototype Bayesian approaches, adaptive sampling, and other intelligent allocation methods to optimize traffic efficiently
  • Partner with teams to evaluate and introduce causal inference techniques to improve the reliability of experiment results and reduce bias
• Improve Data and Infrastructure
  • Collaborate with GBT platform engineering to integrate statistical models into the experimentation platform
  • Ensure experimentation data pipelines are reliable, scalable and consumable for advanced statistical methods
• Research and Innovate
  • Stay current on advancements in statistical testing and adaptive experimentation
  • Propose and test innovative methodologies to improve experiment platform and decision quality

• At least 5 Years essential experience in A/B Testing and advanced experimentation
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Knowledge in Python, SQL, Hive, Tableau, Hadoop, product analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), Amazon AWS or GCP or Azure Platforms
• Subject matter knowledge in statistics, analytics, data science, machine learning, deep learning, cloud and full stack technologies
• Hands‑on experience analyzing large amounts of data to derive actionable insights
• Outstanding communication skills and partnerships with technology, product strategy, and data office
• Self‑starter and autonomous; work with a distributed team and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership
• Degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, operations research, economics, engineering or information science
• A strong portfolio of Git Hub, Kaggle, IP contributions
