IT User Support

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and proactive IT User Support professional to join their team. As an IT User Support, you will be part of the IT department supporting the Solon R&D Site. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer‑focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT User Support

Location: Solon, Ohio

• Provide Tier I technical support to end‑users via phone, email, Teams, or in‑person, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and elevate problems when necessary.
• Work with vendors and third‑party service providers to resolve issues and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Support initial computer setup for new employees to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain the continuous functionality of IT systems and infrastructure for the site, including hardware, software, and network components.

• Minimum Associate Degree in Business or Technology related field or IT Certification.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on IT/IS experience with relevant system software such as Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, Microsoft Office, Adobe Connect, and Microsoft Teams.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and implementation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in inventory management of hardware and software assets.
