Maintenance Director at Pinnacle Group of Hudson Valley Ltd
Looking for an experienced and dedicated Director of Maintenance to lead our team in providing a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care or assisted living settings, with a strong understanding of construction, electrical, plumbing. Will oversee the day-to day operations of the maintenance department, ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and fire codes, state surveys.
Maintain accurate records and reports. Be available for on-call emergencies.
