What You Will Do:P&W North Berwick Aero Systems (NBAS) is looking for a CNC Programmer to provide machine programing solutions for the Mod Center.
- Support the CNC Programming technical team in ensuring product and process compliance by providing CNC Programming solutions per our operating procedures and requirements.
- Complete CNC Programming related requests.
- Foster and maintain a cooperative relationship with Module Center departments, including other Manufacturing and Quality personnel.
- Drive product and process improvements.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through use of CORE tools (Standard Work, DIVE, mistake proofing, etc).
- Participate in the implementation of new manufacturing technologies that achieve process, reliability and productivity improvements.
- Advanced Degree and 1+ years of experience in Engineering, Aerospace, Manufacturing or Aviation industry; OR Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant industry experience; OR Associate’s degree and 4+ years of relevant industry experience; OR 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Technical Knowledge of CNC Programming software.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Experience in Quality, Manufacturing and/or Engineering in the aerospace industry.
- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience with Unigraphics (NX) and Vericut.
- Experience with cutting tool application.
- Understanding of P&W Procedures, AS9100.
- Product knowledge of aerospace parts.
- Knowledge and experience in data analysis and problem solving using Six Sigma, Red X and process control tools.
- Experience using ACE/CORE tools to make process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Salary range: $66,000 – $130,000 USD. Benefits and compensation may vary by experience, location and business needs.
