Facility Manager - Maine

Description: This position oversees all mill, carpentry, and fabrication shop functions, including production scheduling, team leadership, facility maintenance, and hands‑on problem solving. It's an opportunity to take ownership of a high‑functioning facility while driving process improvements, equipment readiness, and overall production efficiency.

• Lead fabrication and carpentry teams in a high‑quality, custom manufacturing environment
• Manage full project life cycles, from drawings and materials planning to production and delivery
• Strong support from leadership and room to implement new tools, systems, and efficiencies

• 5+ years in manufacturing or production management
• Experience supervising teams in a shop/fabrication environment
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with Lean practices or ERP/MRP systems is a plus
