Forklift Operator

As an operator, you will be assisting in key tasks around the plant – manipulating raw material into finished pallets. Experience will be rewarded, however, people who can work independently, safely, and efficiently, with or without experience, are preferred.

• Operating crimpers, forklifts, and loaders
• Moving hay with various forklifts, wheel loaders, and small trucks
• Performing daily maintenance and safe operation of all machinery controlled by the operator
• Assisting teammates to successfully meet the day's objectives
• Assisting with keeping grounds and facility clean and organized

• Must be able to lift 45 lbs
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, lift arms fully above head and climb ladders
• Be on feet for 8+ hours during shift standing and walking
