Machine Operator

Shifts and Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm | Pay: $18.63/hr

• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:30pm – 7:30am | Pay: $18.63 – $22.13/hr

• 4th Shift: Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon, 6:00am – 6:00pm | Pay: $18.63 – $20.87/hr

$1,000 after 90 days (based on performance and attendance).

Use machines and equipment to assist with manufacturing, performing specialized tasks to produce standard or customized products.

• Operate machines such as CNC machines, presses, braid winding, lathe, or crimping according to procedures.
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions.
• Record production data accurately (parts produced, scrap, logs, etc.).
• Conduct quality checks and report defects.
• Maintain inventory and workstation organization.
• Utilize hand tools like screwdrivers and drill guns.
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards.
• Report safety problems, hazards, accidents, and near misses.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

• Machine Operator experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and measuring devices.
• Basic reading, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and ability to follow instructions.
• Manual dexterity for assembly and use of hand tools.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or in a team.

• Lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Stand, sit, stoop, bend, and reach above shoulders up to 25% of the time.
• Exposure to noise, dust, grease, oils, and powder (respirator required for 4th shift).
• Near/far vision and hearing (hearing aid permitted).
