Production Welder & Fabricator – Four-Day Workweek Opportunity Attention job seekers! We’re hiring a Production Welder & Fabricator for our client-a 1st shift opening with a Monday-Thursday schedule. Our client offers a strong learning environment, skill growth opportunities, and a variety of hands-on fabrication tasks. This position pays $22-$24 per hour and is temp-to-hire.

Typical daily duties:
- Select materials and cut, bend, shape, or weld according to specifications
- Machine parts and fit or install fabricated structures
- Perform metal forming, repairs, layout, and finishing tasks
What we’re looking for:
- MIG/TIG welding experience (certifications preferred but not required)
- Experience with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
