Food Machine Operator

Parallel Employment is currently seeking a Food Machine Operator to join our team at a leading food manufacturing facility. As a Food Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various food processing machines to ensure the efficient production of quality food products. Your role will include monitoring machine operations, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to food safety standards.

2nd Shift; 12:30PM - 10:00PM

Pay: $18-22hr. depending on experience.

Location:
St. Francis, WI.

• Set up and operate food processing machines following standard operating procedures.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistency and quality of products.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as necessary.
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs of machine performance.
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food manufacturing or machine operation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
