- Second‑shift opportunity (Monday‑Friday, 3:30 pm‑11:30 pm).
- Attend a 3‑week training program and 4‑8 weeks of on‑the‑job training.
- Learn to set up and operate NC milling/grinding machines, vertical turret lathes, or VTCs to perform routine production operations.
- Work from operation sheets, part travelers, BOROPS, and oral instruction.
- Verify conformance of finished work to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
- Obtain operator Certification to accept/reject parts.
- Maintain machines by performing required total preventive maintenance (TPM).
- Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, programmers, and other personnel to resolve machining problems and assist in part process development.
- Skills, systems, and processes critical to aerospace manufacturing.
- On‑the‑job training using the most advanced technology.

- High School or GED.
- 1+ year of manufacturing, automotive, or related trade experience.
- Ability to make computations involving decimals and fractions.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
