• Second‑shift opportunity (Monday‑Friday, 3:30 pm‑11:30 pm).
• Attend a 3‑week training program and 4‑8 weeks of on‑the‑job training.
• Learn to set up and operate NC milling/grinding machines, vertical turret lathes, or VTCs to perform routine production operations.
• Work from operation sheets, part travelers, BOROPS, and oral instruction.
• Verify conformance of finished work to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
• Obtain operator Certification to accept/reject parts.
• Maintain machines by performing required total preventive maintenance (TPM).
• Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, programmers, and other personnel to resolve machining problems and assist in part process development.

• Skills, systems, and processes critical to aerospace manufacturing.

• High School or GED.

• 1+ year of manufacturing, automotive, or related trade experience.
• Ability to make computations involving decimals and fractions.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
