Work Schedule:
Friday–Sunday, 6:00 am–6:30 pm; 36 hours per week paid for 40 hours.
- Set up and operate NC milling/grinding machines, vertical turret lathes, and VTC systems.
- Perform routine production operations on weldments and assemblies based on operation sheets, part travelers, BOROPS, and oral instruction.
- Verify conformance of finished work to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
- Obtain operator certification to accept/reject parts.
- Maintain machines through total preventive maintenance (TPM).
- Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, programmers, and other production personnel to resolve machining problems.
- Key skills, systems, and processes of aerospace manufacturing.
- On–the–job training with advanced technology and a supportive collaborative environment.

- High School diploma or GED.
- Proficient reading, writing, speaking and understanding of English.
- ≥ 1 year of manufacturing, automotive or related trade experience.
- Ability to perform calculations with decimals and fractions.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

Role type:
Onsite – employees will work primarily on site, commuting to the assigned location is the employee’s responsibility.
This position is safety sensitive under FAA guidelines and requires drug and alcohol testing as a pre–employment contingency and ongoing random testing.
