Responsibilities

• New product manufacturing feasibility review and process suggestions

• Responsible for the trial production of new prototypes, small batch trial production, and summarize the problems that arise, and review and propose
  负责新品样机试制、小批量试制，并对出现的问题进行汇总，评审提出
• Estimate costs and make continuous improvements to drive cost reduction actions. Understand how production processes, equipment and systems operate to identify and implement energy efficiency improvement opportunities.

• Launch of new production lines

• Research and introduction of new processes, new materials and new equipment, test and verification of new processes and new materials

• New product capacity evaluation, process route setting, production line layout planning

• Responsible for the trial production of engineering prototypes to verify the production process and product quality, timely coordinate the technical problems existing in the trial production, and carry out product failure analysis and positioning.
  负责工程样机试生产，以验证生产工艺及产品品质，及时协调试生产中存在的技术问题，进行产品的故障分析和定位
• Follow up the trial production process of new products and grasp the progress as planned, establish and improve the process documents of new products, summarize the problems of the prototype process and form a list of trial installation plans.
  跟进新产品试产过程并按计划把握进度,建立并完善新品的工艺文件，汇总样机过程问题形成试装方案清单
• Equipment capability analysis, process capability analysis, and feedback to the responsible person for timely disposal according to the analysis results
  设备能力分析，过程能力分析，并根据分析结果反馈责任人及时处置
• Mass production process planning, production line plan determination, standard working hours formulation, material quota statistical analysis determination.
  量产工艺规划，产线方案确定，标准工时制定，物料定额统计分析确定
• Maintenance of MES/work center/routing
  MES系统、SAP工作中心、工艺路线的维护
• Identity the list of auxiliary material, the design of error-proofing
  辅料清单和用量的识别，防错系统的建立
• Responsible for the maintenance and publicity of mass production process documents, the first process training for operators, mainly including process flow chart, PFMEA, control plan, operation instructions, special characteristics list, production operation preparation confirmation form, etc.
  负责量产工艺文件的维护和宣导，对作业员进行首次工艺培训，文件主要包括过程流程图、PFMEA、控制计划、作业指导书、特殊特性清单、生产作业准备确认表等
• Follow up the adjust status of new production line and lead to solve the issues during production.
  新产线调试跟踪，及时记录和协调处理产线试生产过程中的问题
• Identification and formulation of process improvement plan after mass production, proposal and improvement of equipment tooling transformation
  量产后工艺改进方案的识别和制定，设备工装改造的提出和改进
• Analysis of the causes of product quality problems after mass production and formulation of countermeasures to prevent re-issuance.
  量产后产品质量问题的原因分析和再发防止对策的制定
