CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for dependable CNC Machine Operators to join a precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate a variety of CNC and conventional machining equipment to produce high-quality metal components using materials such as aluminum, steel, brass, and copper. You'll work with vertical and horizontal milling machines, multi-operation equipment, and conventional and Swiss-style lathes. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in producing quality parts.

• Review blueprints, engineering drawings, and job specifications to understand production requirements.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision metal components.
• Load programs, make adjustments, and monitor machine operations.
• Monitor machine speeds, feed rates, and cutting processes to ensure quality production.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is operating properly.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Follow established quality control procedures and production standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
• Work with team leaders and fellow operators to meet production goals.

• CNC machine operating experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings.
• Basic understanding of machining processes, feeds, speeds, and machine tooling.
• Experience using measuring and inspection tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
