Join GIRI Hotels as a Marketing Liaison and play a pivotal role linking our operational teams—Hotel Leadership, F&B, Sales, and Ops across seven regional properties—to the Corporate Marketing Department.

Responsibilities- Strategic Planning, Organization, & Information Management
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive annual promotional calendar for each regional hotel.
- Attend operational and marketing meetings to proactively secure necessary details and timelines.
- Collect and streamline essential event, menu, and package information, coordinating F&B menu finalization.
- Serve as primary content conduit, ensuring timely delivery of assets to Corporate Marketing.
- Manage cross‑departmental tasks and timelines to meet marketing deliverable schedules.
- Content Creation & On‑Site Execution
- Capture high‑quality photographs and short‑form videos during hotel events and milestones.
- Submit approved, event‑specific content directly to Corporate Marketing for social media posting.
- Monitor, curate, and submit user‑generated content, running engagement activities as needed.
- Organize and tag all media for easy corporate access.
- Localized Marketing Execution
- Develop localized email campaigns using Toast, submitting drafts for final approval.
- Design property‑level marketing collateral within brand guidelines and obtain corporate approval before deployment.
- Coordinate on‑site teams to execute local marketing needs consistently with corporate standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role, preferably in hospitality or multi‑unit retail.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently among Ogunquit, Maine regional hotels.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities across multiple locations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaison with executives and creative teams.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and content creation tools.
- Intermediate to advanced photography skills for compelling social media content.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC advertising, and email marketing platforms (Toast experience is a bonus).
- Hospitality industry knowledge.
