This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit dedicated to community strength.

• Commits to the Y’s mission, vision, and values.
• Works with supervisor to create and implement procedures, programs, and curricula.
• Collaborates with program participants and volunteers to deliver safe, quality programming adhering to standards.
• Builds effective, authentic relationships with participants and connects them to the Y.

• High School diploma or GED, or working towards completion.

• Y membership and program discounts to promote healthy living among staff.
