CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Local

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a local contract
. This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality patient care in a reputable facility while enjoying the flexibility of contract work. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional support to patients and clinical staff.

Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and mobility

Take and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration

Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly

Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times

Assist with transporting patients and helping with ambulation

Adhere to infection control and safety procedures

Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

Maintain a clean and orderly environment for patients

Current CNA certification in the state of New Mexico

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Minimum of 6 months – 1 year of CNA experience (facility-specific experience may be required)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Must reside within a commutable distance to Albuquerque, NM (not a travel contract)
