• Facility: 100-bed community hospital
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (September 29, 2025 – December 19, 2025)
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 4 days/week (rotating day off)
• Guaranteed
  
  Hours:
  
  36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2330–$2500
• Call: 1 weeknight call per week (4:30 PM – 7:00 AM) and 1 weekend (48 hours) of call every 6 weeks
• Scrubs:
  Provided by Operating Room
• EMR: EPIC

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse – Maine or compact state)
• Minimum 5 years of Operating Room circulating experience, preferably in a community or smaller hospital setting
• Experience in multiple surgical service lines:
  Orthopedics, Urology, OB/GYN, General Surgery, ENT preferred
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required
• ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required for on-call shifts
• Strong teamwork skills; willingness to assist with room turnovers and float to other units as needed

• Provide circulating nurse duties in the operating room, delivering 1:1 patient care during surgical procedures
• Assist with room turnovers and support the surgical team across various specialties
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC electronic medical record system
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to other hospital units during low census periods as needed
