Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Practice Educator to join our team on a 14-week contract in Camden, ME. This role focuses on supporting nursing staff through education, training, and clinical guidance to ensure high-quality patient care. This position offers a structured weekday schedule, ideal for nurses looking to make an impact in a short-term assignment.
Key Responsibilities:Provide education, training, and mentorship to nursing staff.
Develop and implement clinical education programs and materials.
Support staff in maintaining best practices and regulatory compliance.
Assess staff competency and provide feedback for professional development.
Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and documentation.
Qualifications:Active RN license in the state of Maine (or compact license eligible).
Proven experience in clinical education, nursing mentorship, or staff development.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a short-term contract setting.
