Travel RN Clinical Assessor; On-Site​/Telehealth

Maximus is seeking a clinical nurse assessor to conduct medical and behavioral health assessments using standardized tools in line with contract requirements. The role includes on-site, video, and telephonic assessments, with significant travel to client sites (>50% of the week).

You will document outcomes accurately, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with senior staff for complex cases. A nursing license and at least 2 years of post-graduate experience are required.
