Candidate will need to work as Charge RN for most shifts.
Background in critical access hospitals preferred.
Eligibility for overtime if desired, though not guaranteed every week.
Patient types and common diagnoses will be discussed during the interview.
Patient ratios will also be discussed during the interview.
Support on the unit will be discussed during the interview.
Technology and equipment details, including EMR and Pyxis, will be discussed during the interview.
Scheduling details will be discussed during the interview.
Requests for time off will require manager approval.
