Assistant RN Director of Nursing/IPFull Time ~ Days Monday-Friday** $5,000 Sign on Award
** Market Square Health Care Center is a 76 bed long-term care, skilled nursing and 26 bed residential care facility is looking for an RN with leadership skills to join our dedicated, results driven team!
This position assists the DNS with the nursing responsibilities for our 76 bed SNF unit. Major responsibilities will include: direct supervision of the SNF unit, coordinating admissions and discharges, and the Quality Assurance program including infection control and staff education. Must be RN, CIC certification required(can obtain after hire). Familiarity with or willingness to learn antibiotic stewardship a must.
We are looking for an individual with strong clinical and organizational skills, who is resident-focused.

Staring pay $36-$43.88/hr (based on experience)
Position will include on-call rotation E.O.E.
