Position Summary

Wolfe's Neck Center is seeking a strongly motivated Crop Production Coordinator with 2-3 seasons of farming experience in the Northeast to assist our Farm Operations Manager in day to day operations on our 3.5 acre MOFGA Certified Organic market garden and high tunnels. Wolfe's Neck Center's chemical‑free production supplies fresh produce for our onsite Farm Store, culinary operations and Farm-to-Table events. This position can serve as an excellent opportunity to learn and grow leadership and farming skills in a fast‑paced production environment.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn and can work both independently and in group settings. While tractors serve a purpose in our production, our scale of production depends on hands and hand tools for cultivation of weeds, planting and harvesting. Candidates will be required to use their body daily in farming tasks that require physical exertion, pace setting and effort.

Wolfe's Neck Center is a vibrant farm‑based nonprofit organization hosting community events, research trials, and summer Farm Camp for 5‑12 year‑olds. The Crop Production Coordinator may intersect with all aspects of the organization.
