Overview

Pleasant Mountain is seeking hardworking, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our On-Hill Competitions Race Crew. This team is responsible for building, maintaining, and tearing down race and event venues across the mountain throughout the winter season. If you love being outdoors in all weather conditions and thrive in a team environment, this is the job for you. This seasonal role comes with great job perks and an unmatched “office” view.

• Assist in the set up and breakdown of racecourses venues, and terrain features.
• Install fencing, signage, gates, timing systems, and other on-hill infrastructure.
• Maintain course safety, surface preparation, and snow maintenance throughout events.
• Work closely with the Race & Events Department to ensure smooth execution of competitions.
• Operate tools and equipment safely in a mountain environment.
• Provide exceptional support and a positive guest experience for athletes and spectators.

• Must be able to ski or ride all trails in all conditions
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to ski or ride carrying 25 — 35 pounds of equipment down trails to event sites
• Some event experience is helpful, willingness to learn is a must
