Quality Review Coordinator; QRC

Overview

Job Description:

This individual should be proficient in the use of SAP for input, processing and retrieval as well as familiar with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. This individual will have regular interactions with material review engineers. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Control nonconforming material and review quality documents resulting in final disposition of nonconforming material.
• Review and document previous history, fit and clearance, and engine manual alignment requirements for determining disposition recommendation.
• Ensure all entries in documentation are complete and accurate
• Accurately review the objective of a quality notification document and ensure the nonconformance is adequately described
• Enter, assign, and release the minimum tasks necessary to resolve the condition and select a priority designation quality document when priority is known.
• Enter specific detail in the task long text so the recipient will know what action is expected to be performed.
• Evaluate appropriate repairs based on approved repair procedures.
• Attend scheduled customer status meetings if required.

• Shop person with significant inspection background or Quality Engineer with appropriate inspection background.
• Experience as a Quality Review Coordinator a definite plus
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Extreme attention to detail
• Good organizational skills

Shall be able to receive Material Review Board Certification as a Quality Material Review Board member
