Position: Quality Review Coordinator Associate (Onsite)
Location: North Berwick

What You Will Do

This opportunity is for a Quality Review Coordinator Associate working first shift, 6:30 am – 3 pm. Typical tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Understand and execute key supplier quality assurance activities to achieve best‑in‑class supplier quality, delivery, and service.
  • Support the shop floor in addressing raw material issues by collaborating with shop and Module Center quality teams.
  • Collect, compile, and present COPQ data to drive continuous improvement initiatives at the supplier in response to escapes and to support cost and lead‑time reduction.
  • Investigate, document, and close supplier investigations, escapes, and nonconformances.
  • Utilize 8D problem‑solving methodology to ensure robust root‑cause investigation and corrective action implementation.
  • Lead Vendor Corrective Action Board (VCAB) reviews to address quality signature performance, trends, and nonconformance activity.
  • Create and maintain key relationships across multiple disciplines with both the supplier and Pratt & Whitney to resolve production challenges.
  • Support procurement and other internal & external customers.
  • Work alongside engineering and supply chain to execute proactive supply‑base improvement plans.
  • Support domain CORE initiatives.
  • Perform JC&L2 ITC classifications.
Qualifications You Must Have

Education and Experience:

  • High School or General Equivalency Diploma with 3 years of experience working with Manufacturing and Quality operations.
  • Associate’s Degree with 2 years of experience working with Manufacturing and Quality operations.
  • Experience interfacing with SAP and Documentum.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate to large groups across multiple organizations.
  • Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Flexibility around shifts, training, and overtime to maintain workflow.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Display a customer‑focused mindset.

-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
