Salary:

• $18 per hour for Shift Managers with previous McDonald's Management Experience and Opening and/or Closing availability.
• $17 per hour for Shift Managers with previous McDonald's Management Experience and limited availability.

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, take action to meet standards, monitor safety, security and profitability, communicate with next Shift Manager.
• Help departments meet goals and meet targets during shifts.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
