This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee will be your employer. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters at the restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Plan each shift, monitor performance, ensure safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
  • Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet goals.
  • Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, maintenance, quality production, customer service, scheduling, and training.
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
  • Positive team player with flexible schedule.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
