As an Applebee’s Server, you are the guest’s first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate guest needs while working hard and enjoying the experience.

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
• Provide recommendations, answer questions, and address guest concerns promptly and courteously.
• Ensure tables are clean, restocked, and guests are satisfied throughout their dining experience.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including washing and restocking dishes and tableware.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver orders accurately and on time.

• Minimum age 18.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

• Exert well‑paced mobility for up to four hours in length.
• Safe reach, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds up to 30 times per shift.
• Clear verbal communication and attentive listening to employees and dining room staff.
• Wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift.
• Use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wear protective face coverings or masks throughout the shift.
• Wash hands with disinfecting soap frequently during the shift.
