Car Wash Attendant – Golden Nozzle Car Wash

Golden Nozzle Car Wash, a part of the Nouria Energy family, was established in the 1970s as a complement to F.L. Roberts & Company’s motoring businesses. The name ‘Golden Nozzle’ comes from the color of the gas station pumps at F.L. Roberts gas stations in Western Massachusetts. In 2016, Nouria Energy acquired the convenience stores and car wash locations, and the company has since expanded across five New England states.

They offer unlimited car wash memberships and use environmentally‑friendly products.

We are looking for hard‑working, customer‑focused individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and help make a difference in the community. The position offers flexible scheduling with 1st and 2nd shifts, full‑time or part‑time hours, a weekly bonus on cars washed and passes sold, and opportunities for career advancement within Nouria Energy.

• Work a flexible schedule as needed and communicate promptly with management regarding store operations.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, greet them, and assist them in purchasing unlimited car wash passes and packages.
• Use basic English reading, writing, and arithmetic skills at an eighth‑grade level to handle cash and give change.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in various temperature environments, including outdoor conditions.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at an eighth‑grade level.
• Basic arithmetic skills for handling cash transactions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
• Calm demeanor and adherence to safety and emergency protocols.
