What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Strategically prioritize and prospect large enterprise accounts using various sales techniques
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through positive client relationships and collaboration with internal teams
  • Utilize Salesforce for accurate pipeline management and daily sales forecasts
  • Develop and deliver customized presentations to clients based on thorough research and analysis
  • Assist clients in defining their needs and delivering tailored software and consulting solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5-7+ years of successful consultative or solution-based software and data sales to large enterprise organizations (12k+ employees)
  • Proven track record of consistent top 10% sales performance
  • Experience in selling to and closing deals with high-level executives and C-suite leaders
  • Proficient in managing a Salesforce pipeline with accurate new business forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of the Sales and Marketing landscape, with familiarity in HR and Talent Acquisition being a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with APIs and programmatic data solutions
  • Energetic, optimistic, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to connect with clients remotely
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Excellent time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
