Job Type & Schedule- Job Type: Full‑time
- Schedule: Monday - Saturday
- Work Location: In person
- Ability to Commute: Arundel, ME (Required)
- Weekly base pay with commission and additional weekly and monthly bonuses tied to performance.
Arundel Ford is looking for a driven, customer‑focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team. You’ll help customers find the right new or pre‑owned vehicle, guide them through the buying process, and deliver a top‑tier experience from start to finish. Whether you’re experienced in auto sales or looking to transition into a fast‑paced, rewarding field, we’ll provide the training, structure, and support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities- Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Present pricing, financing options, and product features clearly and professionally
- Maintain consistent follow‑up communication with leads and customers
- Log all customer interactions in the CRM and follow established sales processes
- Build long‑term customer relationships for repeat and referral business
- Stay knowledgeable on inventory, promotions, and new Ford product releases
- Assist with showroom and lot presentation to ensure a clean, organized environment
- Collaborate with the sales team to hit monthly goals and deliver strong customer satisfaction
- Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a professional, positive attitude
- Ability to learn dealership systems, CRM tools, and sales processes
- Must be comfortable with technology and willing to learn new platforms
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
