Aerus Water is looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Closer to meet with pre-qualified customers and help them find solutions that fit their needs. You'll conduct in-home consultations, demonstrate products, answer questions, address concerns, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

• Meet with pre-qualified customers at their homes.
• Conduct professional consultations and product demonstrations.
• Ask effective questions to understand customer needs and priorities.
• Present Aerus Water products and explain features and benefits clearly.
• Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust and establish strong customer relationships.
• Address questions and objections throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate and confidently close sales.
• Maintain accurate information and follow up with customers as needed.
• Work closely with the appointment-setting team to provide a smooth customer experience.
• Stay current on product knowledge and continue developing your sales skills.

Successful candidates will have:

• Previous consultative or in-home sales experience.
• A proven ability to close sales and achieve performance goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
• Confidence presenting products and solutions face-to-face.
• Strong listening, questioning, and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• A self-motivated and disciplined approach to work.
• A professional and respectful presence in customers' homes.
• A positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Experience in home improvement, water treatment, HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, remodeling, or other in-home sales is a plus.

Commission-Based | Performance-Driven

Top performers may earn approximately $60,000–$150,000 annually
, depending on individual sales performance, appointments, and results. Actual earnings vary by individual performance.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required for travel to customer appointments.
• Mobile device required for business communication.
• Ability to travel regularly to customer homes.
• Ability to work independently and manage scheduled appointments.
