Position Details
  • Pay Range: $28 - $36 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics and analyze vehicle and equipment issues using scan tools and diagnostic software.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair hydraulic, suspension, brake, and electrical systems.
  • Maintain and service diesel engines, transmissions, steering mechanisms, and braking systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and keep detailed service records.
  • Troubleshoot and repair engine failures, electrical issues, and mechanical malfunctions.
  • Utilize computer systems to manage work orders, parts inventory, and diagnostic reports.
  • Engage in emergency breakdown service calls when necessary.
  • Perform safety checks and follow all company and regulatory safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficiency with diesel engine diagnostics and repair.
  • Understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to use mechanical and electrical power tools safely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills for diagnostic software and record-keeping.
  • A valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
  • Must have basic hand tools.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and flexibility to adapt to workload demands.
