In this position you will be responding to assigned service calls following SERVPRO® production guidelines. On a daily basis you will be communicating with the Restoration Supervisor making sure all customer needs are met. Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse, vehicles, equipment, and office areas will be part of your daily routine as needed.
What You’ll Do- Load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Keep a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment.
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging equipment for each project.
- Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
- Extract water, set up equipment, clean surfaces and perform demo for restoration projects.
- Perform end‑of‑day/end‑of‑job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Understand, follow and perform safety and risk management guidelines along with production processes. Leave the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma/GED.
- IICRC certifications are a plus.
- Experience in cleaning/restoration is a plus.
- Experience working with iPad/smart‑phone type of device a plus.
- Good fit for those with carpet cleaning, construction, lawn care, pest control, and general labor experience.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Exposure to chemicals.
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces under buildings).
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects.

Full Time, Mon‑Fri, Core
Hours:
8:00 AM‑5:00 PM. On Call Rotation (includes evening/weekend availability). Valid Driver’s License is required – use a company vehicle, not your own.
