• Load customers, fill racks, unload vendors, and deliver to job sites as needed.
• Strategize with the dispatcher daily to ensure effective yard operation.
• Maintain a clean and orderly yard, sweeping floors and emptying garbage.
• Perform daily vehicle and forklift inspections.
• Load products onto vehicles according to company specifications.
• Adhere to all store policies and safety standards.
• Lift up to 80 lbs.
• Keep a clean driving record.
• Ensure accurate inventory in the computer system by completing regular inventory counts.

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organization.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Valid licensing: encouraged to have any valid license; a CDL A or B license is not required.
• Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience in similar yard or forklift operations is preferred.
