Aire Serv Inc., a company dedicated to the installation, maintenance and repairs of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, is looking for a full time HVAC-R Residential / Commercial technician.

General

Purpose:

Experienced HVAC Commercial / Residential service technician. Must have knowledge on commercial refrigeration equipment repairs, and on both HVAC and refrigeration equipment maintenance and repairs. A minimum requirement is at least 3-5 years’ experience as well as CFC certified.

• Perform residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration service, maintenance and repairs.
• Work with/without supervision and in a team environment.
• Provide high levels of customer service and communication.
• Multi-task effectively and stay well organized with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate initiative and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and operate safely in field conditions.
• Possess a valid state driver s license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a criminal background screening and drug test as required.

• Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge.
• Ability to work with/without supervision and in a team environment.
• Customer service oriented, adaptable, flexible, and detail-focused.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Technical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
• Valid State Driver s License & clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
