• Lead the architecture and development of a high-throughput, real-time Eventing platform for enterprise customers
• Design and build next-generation serverless compute capabilities, enabling custom logic on the platform
• Guide the evolution of the external API framework, ensuring robustness and ease of use
• Act as the technical leader, mentoring engineers and driving architectural decisions across products
• Collaborate with Product Management and enterprise customers to define a long-term technical vision

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Deep expertise in designing and operating high-throughput data streaming systems using Kafka or similar technologies
• Demonstrable experience with serverless compute architectures, such as AWS Lambda
• Strong experience in designing and maintaining large-scale, public-facing APIs, preferably GraphQL

• Experience with managed event streaming platforms (e.g., Amazon MSK, Azure Event Hubs)
• Familiarity with cloud data warehousing solutions like Snowflake
