• Hands‑on experience with TDD, clean code, and architecture principles
• Familiarity with modern LLM architectures like Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Proven ability to accelerate development using AI coding assistants
• Experience in CI/CD practices, including multiple deployments per day
• Ability to coach and mentor other engineers
