Junior Varsity/Assistant Varsity Girls Basketball Coach
Richmond High School seeks a passionate and dedicated Junior Varsity Girls Basketball Coach who will also serve as an Assistant Coach for the Varsity Girls Basketball Team. The role focuses on developing a competitive and inclusive basketball program that emphasizes teamwork, skill development, sportsmanship, and academic success.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs for JV and Varsity teams.
- Coach and mentor student-athletes to improve teamwork and basketball skills.
- Promote sportsmanship, academic success, and school spirit.
- Assist in recruiting and maintaining team standards.
- Strong leadership and coaching experience in girls basketball.
- Deep understanding of basketball strategy and player development.
- Commitment to student-athlete growth on and off the court.
- Valid teaching certification or eligibility to coach in Maine (if required).
- Hold a current State of Maine Department of Education Criminal History Records Check prior to employment.
