Seeking Volunteer Fitness or Wellness Instructor
Movement can be powerful in recovery. We’re looking for a volunteer fitness instructor (yoga, stretching, low-impact fitness, or general movement) to donate time by leading an exercise class for individuals in recovery and community members seeking wellness support.
No fancy gym—just a safe, supportive space where people can reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and reduce stress.
🧘 Any style welcome (chair yoga, beginner fitness, mindfulness movement)
💙 Training and support provided
🌱 Real impact on mental health and recovery
