• Responsible for end to end testing, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
• Represent the company by serving as the direct customer contact and service products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at the customer’s location or the Rental Services depot.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts, forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing on-site work.
• Use software, tools, and blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security of company assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
• Display team effort and dedication to customers by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and occasional overnight stays.

• A High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
• At least 2-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with handheld devices
• EPA Certification Preferred (e.g., HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer)

• Must be able to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seat belt
• Must wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection, and safety boots
• Must be able to twist the trunk of your body 90 degrees in each direction
• Must be able to squat and reach the floor with both hands
• Must be able to reach hands overhead and stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods (up to 4 hours)
• Role involves regular use of hands, walking, stooping, kneeling and climbing ladders; routinely lift/move up to 40 lbs, and occasionally more than 40 lbs
• Must be able to safely use a ladder with a 375 lb total weight limit while carrying equipment up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to access confined spaces and rooftops at heights
• Role may be exposed to variable weather, moving parts, heights, electrical hazards, and noisy equipment
• This role is Safety Sensitive

Base Pay Range: $23.17 - $42.64 per hour
