COORDINATOR - FINANCE & ACCOUNTING (SUMMARECON MALL MAKASSAR)

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with supervisory experience being an advantage.
• Good understanding of accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and taxation.
• Able to monitor and review financial transactions, reconciliations, and financial reports, and ensure proper recording in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate teams and work collaboratively with relevant departments.

• Coordinate and supervise Finance & Accounting operations, including transaction recording, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Review and monitor financial reports, transactions, and supporting documents to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Coordinate budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting processes according to the company’s requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments, auditors, and external parties to fulfill Finance & Accounting data and documentation requirements.
• Supervise and evaluate team performance and ensure all Finance & Accounting processes are carried out in accordance with procedures, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
