Coordinate with PM, engineers, and subcontractor to collect and verify required documents
Prepare and submit documentation for client approval and project acceptance
Maintain document registers and ensure version control
Support audit, billing, and handover documentation
About youBachelor's degree or diploma in any related field
1–3 years experience as Document Controller (telecom project preferred)
Familiar with project documentation processes (FTTH/OSP is a plus)
Good organization and attention to detail
Proficient in Excel and document management
