COORDINATOR - SAFETY (SUMMARECON MALL MAKASSAR)

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in HSE, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer, HSE professional, Fire Safety Expert, or in a related role.
• Possess a deep understanding of job safety analysis, hazard identification, risk management, first aid, firefighting, rescue operations, and accident investigation.
• Possession of General Occupational Health and Safety (AK3U) and First Aid certifications is an advantage.
• Possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Description:

• Supervise and ensure the implementation of HSE procedures and safety standards across all operational areas.
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety analyses to identify and control potential risks.
• Coordinate safety training, HSE awareness programs, first aid, firefighting, rescue operations, and emergency response drills.
• Handle and investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and emergencies, and develop follow up actions to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare safety reports and ensure all HSE activities are carried out in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.
