Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a drafter.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and related drafting software.
Strong understanding of Detail Engineering Drawing (DED).
Highly accurate and detail‑oriented in preparing technical drawings.
Understands how technical drawings are implemented in actual construction work.
Able to collaborate effectively with estimators and architects.
