We are seeking a CAD Drafter & Technical Document Controller to assist with the preparation of technical drawings and management of Building Approval project documents. The role involves creating, refining, and revising technical drawings for Architecture, Structure, and MEP based on engineer/architect direction; preparing drawings according to submission standards; managing labels, drawing numbers, scales, layers, plotting, and PDF/DWG formats; and ensuring all technical documents are well-organized with current versions easily traceable.

Create, refine, and revise technical drawings for Architecture, Structure, and MEP based on engineer/architect direction

Prepare drawings according to submission standards

Manage drawing labels, numbers, scales, layers, plotting, and PDF/DWG formats

Ensure all technical documents are well-organized with current versions easily traceable

Assist with checking completeness of technical documents before submission

Manage revisions based on client comments or inspection results

Coordinate with engineering, architecture, MEP, and legal/licensing teams

Proficient in AutoCAD

Able to read building technical drawings

Detail-oriented in document control and filing

Experienced with Microsoft Office/Google Drive or digital document storage systems

Experience with technical drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, Revit, Sketch Up, or BIM software is a plus
