This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instructor kuraga Tama Kreasindo, located in Makassar. The Instructor will be responsible for preparing and delivering educational content, designing lesson plans, guiding and mentoring participants, and assessing their progress. They will be expected to utilize industry best practices, foster an engaging learning environment, and contribute to the improvement of training programs and methodologies.

• Effective teaching and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners
• Competence in curriculum design, content creation, and lesson planning
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Adaptability to diverse learning styles, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used in instructional delivery
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor s degree in Education, Training, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in teaching or training roles; familiarity with the subject matter to be taught is a plus
