Shadow Teacher ABK

Shadow Teacher position responsible for accompanying children during learning activities and school programs, and providing individual assistance according to each child's needs and abilities.

Key responsibilities

Accompany children during learning activities and school activities

Help children understand and follow teacher instructions

Support the learning process according to children's needs and abilities

Assist with emotion regulation, behaviour management, and children's sensory needs

Facilitate communication and social interaction with teachers and peers

Encourage children's independence in academic and non-academic activities

Conduct observations and record children's progress and challenges

Coordinate with teachers, parents, and institution coordinators

Implement accompaniment programs and strategies according to professional or coordinator guidance

Maintain ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality of information regarding children
