Senior Ice Technician - Power Plant

Our client is seeking a dedicated Hydroelectric Power Plant Engineer to join their operational team in Makassar
. This role is crucial for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of our hydroelectric facilities. You will be involved in technical assessments, troubleshooting, and implementing improvements to ensure optimal performance of turbines, generators, and associated infrastructure. This position requires a solid understanding of hydropower technology and a commitment to operational excellence and safety. You will work closely with plant operators and maintenance staff to uphold the highest standards of performance for our renewable energy assets in South Sulawesi
.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of hydroelectric power plant equipment, including turbines, generators, and control systems.
• Perform technical inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures to ensure asset reliability and longevity.
• Assist in the planning and execution of plant upgrades, modifications, and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational protocols for hydropower facilities

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the operation or maintenance of hydroelectric power plants or similar industrial facilities.
• Knowledge of turbine and generator systems, hydraulic systems, and electrical controls.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and environmental regulations in the energy sector
